CHILDREN & YOUTH

Godly Play

Godly Play is a Montessori-based program that helps children ages 3 - 12 explore Bible stories through creative play, curiosity, and wonder. It helps them to grow in faith while connecting with peers.

Through illustrated materials and a guided, wondering approach, children are encouraged to explore their faith with curiosity and imagination. Each week, children will engage in a lesson, followed by a time of self-directed play and discovery, and conclude with a "feast" of snacks and juice—a perfect time for connection and community. Godly Play is more than just a class; it's a sacred space where our children can build a strong foundation of faith that goes beyond simple knowledge. Read more here

Godly Play is led by Hannah McVey with assistance by parents and other parishioners. For more information, please contact Fr. Brian

Youth Bible Study

Led by parishioner and vestry member, Lindy Womack, our youth in grades 5th - 12th gather on Sundays at 9:15 am in the library for lively conversation and questions surrounding the day's lectionary readings.

Youth are also invited to assist with Godly Play for younger children.
